SAINT PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Jan. - On June 2, more than 200 speakers will discuss the latest trends in the creative industries at a Creative Business Forum at this year's SPIEF (St. Petersburg International Economic Forum). These include topics such as: structuring a creative ecosystem, women entrepreneurs in the industry, the development of cities and creative clusters, supporting emerging talent, digitization, new media, blogging, art, education and sustainable fashion.
Business leaders, designers, urbanists and experts from the art and media world will examine these questions together with government officials: Sergey Novikov, Head of the President's Directorate for Social Projects; Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation; Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Gulnaz Kadyrova, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The forum is developing a timetable for 2021. This also includes a presence on important Russian business platforms and at the Dubai Expo. The head of the Creative Business Forum is the Innosocium Foundation in cooperation with the Education Above All Foundation from Qatar. Qatar is the official host country of SPIEF-2021, which is why a special cultural dialogue session between Russia and Qatar is planned.
