Almost 5100 construction projects were approved, according to the information - an increase of around 10 percent compared to 2019. With almost 4200, the permits were most often for residential buildings, around 2700 of which were new buildings.
According to the state office, there has been a shift in the warehouse area for buildings that are not intended for living. It is true that the approved projects have fallen by almost 133 percent to 11. However, the usable area of the planned buildings has almost doubled and the costs more than quadrupled.
